Here are four things to know:
1. Ms. Stalnecker is the former vice president and treasurer of E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Co.
2. She replaces Michael Minogue.
3. Ms. Stalnecker Bioventus joins the board as the company is accelerating the growth of its osteoarthritis business, expanding its surgical orthobiologics business and launching products in new international markets.
4. She currently serves on Leidos Holdings’ board of directors as well as on the board of trustees for Optimum Fund Trust and Durham, N.C.-based Duke Health System. She is also a senior adviser for the Boston Consulting Group.
