2. The funds will be used for commercial expansion in the United States and internationally, as well as product development.
3. BionX is a developer of prosthetic devices. Their flagship product the BiOM Ankle, a lower-limb prosthesis.
4. The company plans to raise a total of $25 million in Series E financing by the end of the first quarter of 2016.
