Biomedical Structures Names Dean Tulumaris President and CEO

Biomedical Structures, a Warwick, R.I.-based medical device company, has appointed Dean J. Tulumaris as president and CEO, according to a Biomedical Structures news release.

Mr. Tulumaris previously served as president and CEO of Memry and has experience at MedSource Technologies. His experience includes working on strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions and product development.

Biomedical Structures focuses on developing and manufacturing biomedical textiles for medical devices in the orthopedic, cardiovascular, general surgery and tissue engineering and regenerative medicine markets.
