Belgium hospital performs country’s 1st surgery with Implanet’s posterior fixation system: 3 details

UZ Brussel University Hospital in Belgium implemented Implanet’s spine posterior fixation platform, Jazz, making it the first country to perform spine surgery with the system.

Here are three details:

1. The Jazz system is designed to spine treat diseases, fractures, trauma and conditions.

2. With autograft and/or allograft, the system can be used to treat adolescent idiopathic scoliosis or as a replacement for screws in complex pediatric spinal deformities.

3. The Jazz platform was recently implemented in the U.K.
