1. The CE mark was based on supporting clinical data.

2. AxioMed first received a CE mark in 2009. This mark will allow AxioMed to launch its Cervical Disc commercially in European, Asian, Latin American and Australian markets.

3. AxioMed has an investigational device exemption for its Lumbar Disc, and has more than five years of clinical follow-up data.
