Mr. Tomer will be an independent director to Augmedics’ board, according to a March 15 news release. He has 23 years of experience and was global president of spine at DePuy Synthes. Mr. Krider has 17 years of experience at Medtronic, where he was most recently vice president of strategic marketing.
