1. Cleveland-based medical device company SPR Therapeutics raised $37 million in series D funding for its peripheral nerve stimulation system.

2. A new digital health tool called BoneBot, created by Belgian drugmaker UCB, has been licensed to Austrian software firm ImageBiopsy Lab to accelerate its development. 

3. Arthrex, an orthopedic implant manufacturer, is bolstering operations in South Carolina with a $100 million investment that will create another 500 jobs. 

4. A 12-month study confirmed the effectiveness of Centinel Spine’s STALIF C-Ti implant.
