Altor Fund II Acquires Orchid Orthopedic Solutions

Altor Fund III, a private equity fund, has acquired Orchid Orthopedic Solutions from Churchill Equity, according to an Altor news release.

Orchid is a supplier of orthopedic and dental implants and instrumentation. Under the agreement, Altor will support Orchid’s growth and international expansion.
