Four details:
1. In a preliminary quarterly financial report, Alphatec said overall second-quarter revenue is $55.8 million to $56.4 million, excluding its June 7 acquisition of Eos imaging.
2. U.S. revenue jumped 92.1 percent to 94. 2 percent during the quarter, hitting $55.4 million to $56 million, without factoring in the Eos imaging transaction.
3. Alphatec had at least $74 million total cash on hand as of June 30 and $40 million in available borrowings under existing term loans.
4. Pat Miles, Alphatec CEO, projected U.S. organic revenue growth exceeding 50 percent in 2021. The company will release updated full-year guidance, with its Eos imaging acquisition factored in, Aug. 3.
