Alphatec Holdings Reports 2Q Revenue of $50.9M, 12% Increase

Alphatec Holdings reported $50.9 million in second quarter revenue, which is a 12 percent increase over the second quarter of 2010, according to a company news release.

The U.S. revenue increased by 17.8 percent to $34.5 million during the second quarter, driven by an increase in purchase orders for Alphatec Spine products such as the OsseoFix and Osseo Screw. The company’s products also showed strong sales in Japan, according to Alphatec Spine President and CEO Dirk Kuyper.
