Alphatec Holdings Names Former Johnson & Johnson CFO As New CFO

Alphatec Holdings, a Carlsbad, Calif.-based medical device company focused on treating spinal disorders, has named former Johnson & Johnson CFO Michael O’Neill as the company’s new CFO, vice president and treasurer, according to a company news release.

Mr. O’Neill was previously president and CEO of Mentor Corp., which was acquired by Johnson & Johnson in 2009. He spent several years prior to his time with Mentor Corp. serving Johnson & Johnson in various capacities, including vice president and CFO.

Peter C. Wulff has also recently joined Alphatec Holdings as the senior vice president of strategic initiatives.
