1. Mr. Lobo was appointed to Stryker’s board of directors in July 2014. He is the only member of the board part of Stryker’s management.
2. Additionally, Mr. Lobo serves as a board member for Parker Hannifin Corporation, Advanced Medical Technology Association, Business Leaders for Michigan and United Way.
3. Mr. Lobo joined Stryker in 2011 as the company’s group president of orthopaedics.
4. Prior to joining Stryker, Mr. Lobo served as president of Johnson & Johnson Medical Products Canada.
5. During his time at Johnson & Johnson, Mr. Lobo was also CEFO of McNeil Consumer Healthcare and Ortho Women’s Health and Urology.
