1. Mr. Viscogliosi is a founder of Paradigm Spine. He became CEO and chairman of the board in 2004.

2. Prior to developing Paradigm Spine, Mr. Viscogliosi co-founded Spine Solutions. He also served as the secretary of the company’s board of directors until the company was acquired by Synthes-Stratec in 2003.

3. Mr. Viscogliosi co-founded Viscogliosi Brothers, a merchant bank and venture capital firm focused on musculoskeletal and orthopedics industry.

4. He spent time as a musculoskeletal and orthopedic researching associate alongside his brother Anthony Viscogliosi.

5. Mr. Viscogliosi served on two boards of directors for musculoskeletal companies.
