5 things to know about Medtronic’s executive vice president, neuroscience leader

Brett Wall is executive vice president and president of neuroscience at Medtronic.

Here are five things to know about him:

1. Mr. Wall oversees Medtronic’s neuroscience portfolio which has five segments — neuromodulation, cranial & spinal technologies, neurovascular, pelvic health and ENT.

2. He was president of neurovascular and international business at Covidien before Medtronic acquired the company.

3. Mr. Wall’s work experience includes Boston Scientific, eV3 and C.R. Bard. 

4. At Medtronic, Mr. Wall is also the executive sponsor of the Medtronic African Descent Network, an internal resource group for employees of African descent.

5. Mr. Wall earned his degree in comprehensive business administration from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
