1. ZimVie posted spine sales decreases in the fourth quarter and full year ahead of its planned sale of the business segment.

2. Woven Orthopedics earned its second FDA 510(k) clearance for the Ogmed implantable sleeve. 

3. Spineart completed enrollment for the U.S. investigational device exemption trial with the Baguera C cervical disc implant.

4. Orthofix is realigning its spine business unit effective March 1, and the company named Jason Shallenberger as president of the bone growth therapies business.

5. Alphatec CFO John Koning sold 121,601 shares of company stock on March 1, according to SEC documents.
