4 medtech notes: Stryker, DePuy Synthes and more

1. DePuy Synthes has launched a new lower extremity anatomic plating system. The TriLeap system is a series of low-profile, procedure-specific titanium plates for foot and ankle surgeons.

2. Stryker signed a definitive agreement to acquire care.ai, a company developing artificial intelligence-assisted virtual care workflows and smart room technology. 

3. Surgical Planning Associates HipInsight 2.0 mixed-reality guidance system earned FDA 510(k) clearance.

4. Knee implant maker Moximed has closed on a round of stock financing for up to $91 million.
