4 medtech notes: Medtronic, Stryker and more

1. Fusion Orthopedics USA expanded its foot and ankle portfolio through the addition of the Metalogix external fixation systems. 

2. Medtronic and Kuros Biosciences signed a strategic agreement to support sales of the MagnetOs bone graft technology. 

3. SpineGuard and Omnia Medical extended their partnership and have their eyes on U.S. market growth, according to a Jan. 6 news release. 

4. Stryker has entered a definitive agreement to acquire medical device company Inari Medical for approximately $4.9 billion.
