1. Mr. Griffin is currently the Vice President of Finance for Entellus Medical. He has been with Entellus since it received its first round of financing in August 2006, and he helped to lead it through a success initial public offering.
2. Mr. Griffin will also serve as Chairman of the Audit Committee at Helius.
