2 spine, orthopedic companies acquired in 1 week

Here are two recently acquired spine and orthopedic companies that Becker’s has reported on since June 23:

1. Zavation Medical Products acquired CoreLink. The companies will operate under their respective brands, and Zavation CEO Jeffrey Johnson will lead the combined business.

2. Orthopedic technology company Conformis agreed to be acquired by 3D-printed orthopedic company Restor3d for $2.27 per share.
