The hospital will use the ROSA system — which assists surgeons in precision and accuracy — for knee surgeries and may expand it to other procedures in the future.
Plainview’s orthopedic team also recently introduced the Mymobility program, which uses a smartphone and smartwatch application to customize care for patients.
Covenant Health Plainview’s addition of ROSA is an effort to bring advanced medicine to the area’s less-populated, rural community, MyPlainview said.
