First case done with TMINI robot and LinkSymphoKnee implant

Think Surgical’s TMINI robot was used with Waldemar Link’s LinkSymphoKnee for the first time at New Albany (Ohio) Surgery Center.

Mark Gittins, DO, performed the milestone case, according to a March 6 news release. LinkSymphoKnee can seamlessly integrate into the TMINI robot’s workflow, and the implant earned FDA clearance in November.

The TMINI robot is an open platform that can support implants from multiple manufacturers.
