East Providence, R.I.-based University Orthopedics has added Mouhanad El Othmani, MD, to its joint replacement center.
Dr. El Othmani specializes in robotic joint replacements, both inpatient and outpatient. He will see patients at University Orthopedics' Newport and Westerly, R.I., locations, according to a Sept. 6 press release sent to Becker's.
Dr. El Othmani focuses on a holistic approach to joint replacements, looking at nutritional and functional perioperative optimization and enhanced recovery after joint replacement.
