The center was created through a partnership between Altoona, Pa.-based Blair Orthopedics, State College, Pa.-based University Orthopedics Center and ProCare. A number of physicians from all partners will provide care at the center. The center will provide comprehensive orthopedic services, including nonsurgical orthopedic care and a total joint replacement program, as well as services such as 24-hour emergency care and radiology.
