Medtech company Shoulder Innovations reported total revenue of $11.8 million in the third quarter, according to a Nov. 11 news release from the company.

- In the third quarter of 2025, the company sold 1,584 total implant systems, an increase of more than 50% over the prior year quarter.
- Shoulder Innovations reported an operating loss of $7.6 million in the third quarter of 2025, compared to a loss of $3.9 million in the third quarter last year.
- The increase in operating losses was mainly driven by increased operating expenses and changes in the fair value of the company’s preferred stock warrant liability and convertible notes.
- The company expects the 2025 full year revenue to be between $45 million and $46 million, which would be an increase of more than 40% compared to 2024 revenue.
