Saint Peter’s Healthcare System opens orthopedic institute

Saint Peter’s Healthcare System in New Brunswick, N.J., launched the Orthopedic Institute at Saint Peter’s University Hospital, according to a My Central Jersey report.

The institute includes an inpatient unit at the hospital for patients undergoing orthopedic surgical treatments. V. Karthik Jonna, MD; Marc Malberg, MD; and Alfred Tria Jr., MD, will provide care at the institute.

 

Additionally, the healthcare system expanded the number of surgical practices within Saint Peter’s Physician Associates, its physician practice network, according to the report.
