In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Maloney is the chair of Stanford (Calif.) University School of Medicine’s orthopedic surgery department. He specializes in arthritis, osteoarthritis, avascular necrosis and hip and knee
replacements.
Dr. Maloney has been published in various journals, including the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery, Journal of Biomedical Materials Research and Arthritis and Rheumatism.
After earning his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City, Dr. Maloney completed his residency at Stanford University Medicine Center. Dr. Maloney underwent
fellowship training at Boston-based Massachusetts General Hospital.
