Dr. Leone devised the Pelvic Alignment Level, which allows surgeons to obtain a greater level of implant precision when performing total hip replacements. He presently is involved in various clinical trials and reviews of new orthopedic techniques and equipment.
He earned his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta and went on to complete his residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. Dr. Leone is the recipient of several awards including the Gold Coast Magazine’s “South Florida Top Doctor” award from 2010 through 2013.
