With expertise in hip arthroscopy and sports medicine, Dr. Fader’s additional specialties include knee cartilage restoration and transplant as well as primary and revision treatment of anterior cruciate ligament injuries.
Dr. Fader has served as a team physician for the New York Rangers Hockey Club, New York Red Bulls and New York Liberty.
He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and International Society for Hip Arthroscopy, among other professional organizations.
After earning his medical degree from Minneapolis-based University of Minnesota School of Medicine, Dr. Fader completed his residency at University of Colorado Hospital in Denver. He underwent sports medicine and hip arthroscopy fellowship training at New York City-based Hospital for Special Surgery.
