Dr. Wright is also affiliated with St. Louis-based Barnes-Jewish Hospital and VA St. Louis Health Care System — John Cochran Division.
He serves as vice chairman of orthopedic surgery as well as director of orthopedic clinical research at Washington University School of Medicine.
Dr. Wright’s specialties include sports medicine, arthroscopy, anterior cruciate ligament injury and revision and shoulder instability.
In 2018, Dr. Wright was appointed president-elect of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
After earning his medical degree from University of Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia, Dr. Wright completed his residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn., and underwent sports medicine fellowship training at Minneapolis Sports Medicine Center.
