Dr. Cafferky most commonly treats hip and knee arthritis ranging from osteoarthritis to rheumatoid arthritis to post traumatic arthritis. He is a visiting clinic professor at the Boulder-based University of Colorado and member of the American Medical Association, American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons and American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He has worked with the U.S. Ski Team.
Dr. Cafferky attended Loma Linda (Calif.) University School of Medicine before completing his surgery residency at the Aurora-based University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and his orthopedic residency at Danville, Pa.-based Geisinger Orthopaedic Institute. Dr. Cafferky then went on to complete his joint and adult reconstruction fellowship at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.
