Specializing in sports medicine and arthroscopic procedures, Dr. Chang is a clinical associate professor at Los Angeles-based USC School of Medicine.
He is Monterey Park, Calif.-based Garfield Medical Center’s past orthopedic subsection chairman and Alhambra Hospital’s past surgery chief.
Dr. Chang is an American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons fellow. He served as a spokesperson for the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and American College of Sports Medicine.
Dr. Chang graduated from Durham, N.C.-based Duke University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Charlottesville-based University of Virginia Hospitals and fellowship training at the Lexington-based University of Kentucky.
