Dr. Bruce began practicing medicine when he opened Southern Orthopedics in LaGrange in 1982. He specializes in knees, hands and sports medicine.
Dr. Bruce’s numerous affiliations include The American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery, American College of Surgeons and Medical Association of Georgia.
After attending medical school at Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, N.C., Dr. Bruce underwent postgraduate medical training at University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, Va. He completed an internship in general surgery, residencies in orthopedic surgery and a hand surgery and sports medicine fellowship.
