In practice since 1994, Dr. Shadid specializes in sports orthopedic treatment. He is an AAOS fellow, president of the DuPage County Medical Society and a member of the Illinois Association of Orthopedic Surgeons. He also serves on the executive committee and board of the Christian Medical and Dental Association and has served as a team physician for the U.S. National Soccer Team.
After obtaining his medical degree from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, Dr. Shadid completed his general surgery and orthopedic residencies at University of Illinois at Chicago.
