Dr. Casstevens is also affiliated with Santa Cruz, Calif.-based Dominican Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose, Calif.
His specialties include hand and upper extremity surgery and fracture management as well as arthroscopic surgery.
Dr. Casstevens is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and American Society for Surgery of the Hand.
After earning his medical degree from Atlanta-based Emory University School of Medicine, Dr. Casstevens completed his residency at University of Cincinnati Medical Center and a hand and upper extremity surgery fellowship at UC San Diego.
