Dr. Chen earned her medical degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, N.J., and completed her residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She also completed a fellowship at Rothman Institute.
Dr. Chen has written numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals, several book chapters and two books. She is a member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, Ruth Jackson Orthopaedic Society, Orthopaedic Research Society, Pennsylvania Medical Society, and others.
Dr. Chen is an investigator in the MYO-1070 clinical trial study examining Myoscience’s iovera treatment on knee pain.
