She practices at two clinic locations, both located in Seattle, and holds memberships with American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons and King County Medical Society. Her awards include being named an emerging leader and part of the resident leadership forum by the American Orthopaedic Association.
Dr. Matsen Ko earned her medical degree at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, where she also completed an orthopedic surgery residency. She went on to perform two fellowships: one in adult reconstruction and trauma at Portland-based Providence St. Vincent Medical Center and an adult reconstruction one at Philadelphia-based Rothman Institute.
