Portland, Ore.-based Regenerative Orthopedic Center has acquired West Linn, Ore.-based ActiveEDGE Physical Therapy & Wellness Center, expanding its care model to include in-house rehabilitation services.

ActiveEDGE, founded in 2014, will operate under a new name, ROC Active–Orthopedic Rehabilitation. The integration aims to streamline patient access and improve continuity of care before and after surgery, according to an April 1 news release.

Dan Morlan, owner of ActiveEDGE, said joining ROC will help reach patients earlier in their care journey and support recovery through long-term mobility goals.

At the Becker's 23rd Annual Spine, Orthopedic and Pain Management-Driven ASC + The Future of Spine Conference, taking place June 11-13 in Chicago, spine surgeons, orthopedic leaders and ASC executives will come together to explore minimally invasive techniques, ASC growth strategies and innovations shaping the future of outpatient spine care.
