The Indiana Orthopaedic Hospital was established in March 2005 by OrthoIndy and is the first specialty hospital in the state focuses on orthopedics. Anything that was once under the hospital brand will be moved under the OrthoIndy brand.

“Based on surveys conducted in the Indianapolis community, there is a lot of brand confusion about whether or not OrthoIndy and IOH are one entity. We hope the name change will increase the public’s understanding that OrthoIndy Hospital is owned and operated by OrthoIndy physicians,” said Jane Keller, CEO of OrthoIndy and OrthoIndy Hospital.
