- Indiana University Orthopaedics in Indianapolis named Bryan Saltzman, MD, as head of the sports medicine division.
- Orthopedic Associates of Hartford (Conn.) added Michael Miranda, MD, as physician-in-chief of the Bone & Joint Institute at Hartford Hospital.
- Los Angeles-based Cedars-Sinai Orthopaedics added four new leaders to its sports medicine program.
- Rikesh Patel, DO, is Cleveland-based University Hospitals new director of robotics for total joint replacement.
- Sports medicine specialist Casey Batten, MD, was appointed chief medical officer of the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Los Angeles.
