1. Dr. Weaver is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. He is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and The Society of Military Orthopaedic Surgeons.
2. After receiving his medical degree from Indianapolis-based Indiana University School of Medicine, Dr. Weaver completed a surgical internship and residency at the Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Wash.
