Here are five points:
1. The hospital unveiled the lounge on Oct. 28.
2. McLaren Orthopedic Hospital named the lounge the Goodman Surgical Lounge, in dedication to orthopedic surgeon Floyd Goodman, MD, and Aubery Klebba-Goodman, BSN, RN.
3. McLaren Greater Lansing Healthcare Foundation contributed funds to build the lounge.
4. Orthopedic surgeon J. Wesley Mesko, MD, and Kathy Mesko also provided contributions with a special dedication to the Goodmans. Dr. Mesko has worked with Dr. Goodman for almost 15 years.
5. The hospital recognized the Goodmans in front of hospital leadership, hospital and Foundation board members, staff nurses and surgeons in honor of their contribution to the McLaren Greater Lansing and the orthopedic field.
