He serves as surgeon-in-chief of the orthopedic center as well as director of the Brachial Plexus Program. Additionally, Dr. Water is the director of the Hand & Orthopedic Upper Extremity Program and director of the Clinical Effectiveness Research Center.
Dr. Waters earned his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in 1981 and went on to complete his residency at Harvard in Boston. After finishing his residency, Dr. Waters completed his fellowship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.
