Dr. Junkin is particularly interested in knee and shoulder reconstruction. He received his medical degree from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University in Philadelphia and underwent sports medicine fellowship training at the University of Kentucky Albert B. Chandler Hospital in Lexington.
Dr. Junkin is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Arthroscopy Association of North America and the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine.
