Nikhil Verma, MD, and his colleagues at Chicago’s Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush are offering international patients a fixed price for knee and shoulder surgery.

 

Hailey Dizay, DO, is joining the orthopedic, surgical and sports medicine team at Garden Grove, Calif.-based Healthpointe.

 

Blue Ridge Bone & Joint, a division of EmergeOrtho, has added Jason E. Lang, MD, to its medical team at the Arden, N.C., office.

 

Nathan Cafferky, MD, of Vail-Summit (Colo.) Orthopaedics, received the 2016 Rising Star Award from Vail (Colo.) Valley Medical Center.

 

Scott Stephens, MD, joined the staff of Columbus, Ohio-based OrthoNeuro.

 

Columbus-based the Ohio State University College of Medicine tapped Christophe Iobst, MD, to lead its new Center for Limb Lengthening and Reconstruction.
