Dr. Wilson Choy joins Beebe Healthcare’s board of directors: 4 things to know

Lewes, Del.-based Beebe Healthcare named Wilson C. Choy, MD, a new member of its board of directors, according to a Cape Gazette report.

Here are four things to know:

 

1. Dr. Choy joined the Beebe medical staff in 1996.

 

2. He is board-certified in orthopedic surgery and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

 

3. He completed a fellowship in adult joint reconstruction at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.

 

4. Dr. Choy has previously served as a research fellow for Smith & Nephew, examining specific causes of implant failure.
