Dr. Robert Doane to help lead Michigan State Medical Society

Orthopedic surgeon Robert Doane, MD, was elected to the Michigan State Medical Society board of directors, the organization said May 1.

He will serve a three-year term on the board and represent physicians from Clinton, Eaton, Hillsdale, Ingham and Jackson counties. The MSMS board helps set policies and oversees operations for the organization.

Dr. Doane specializes in shoulder arthroscopy and shoulder replacement.
