Dr. Mark Moriarty joins Rome orthopedic, sports medicine practice

Rome (N.Y.) Medical Practice Orthopedics and Sports Medicine onboarded orthopedic surgeon Mark Moriarty, MD, reports the Rome Sentinel.

Dr. Moriarty focuses on knee and shoulder arthroscopy procedures, sports medicine, trauma and adult reconstructive surgery of the hip, knee and shoulder.

He served as assistant clinical professor of orthopedics at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, N.C., and worked with the United States Air Force in Tampa, Fla.

Dr. Moriarty graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., and completed an orthopedic surgery residency at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, N.J.
