Dr. Weiss most recently served as a commander with the U.S. Navy, providing orthopedic care at Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune in North Carolina, according to a Nov. 1 news release from Gifford Health Care.
He is also a team physician for USA Hockey and previously served as a team physician for U.S. Ski & Snowboard.
Dr. Weiss will see patients at Gifford Speciality Clinics in Randolph and at Sharon (Vt.) Health Center, the release said.
