Dr. David Levine receives Maryland Governor’s Certificate: 4 quick facts

David J. Levine, DPM, has been awarded the Governor’s Volunteer Service Certificate in Maryland.

Here are four quick facts:

 

1. Dr. Levine, of Foot and Ankle Specialists of the Mid-Atlantic, has practiced in Frederick, Md., since 1989.

 

2. The certificate was presented to him for his contributions to the citizens of Maryland and support of community involvement.

 

3. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine and a member of the American Society of Podiatric Surgeons and American Podiatric Medical Association.

 

4. He earned his podiatric medicine degree at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. He has also completed  a sports medicine fellowship in Washington, D.C.
