3. Dr. Christensen is a member of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and a diplomate of the American Board of Medical Examiners.
4. Dr. Christensen is a member of the International Congress for Joint Reconstruction.
5. He earned his medical degree at the University of Utah School of Medicine and completed his residency at Maricopa County Medical Center.
